The Greater Lynchburg Transit Company (GLTC) is soliciting responses for conducting a
Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). The assessments will be conducted at our main administrative and maintenance facility at 1301 Kemper Street, Lynchburg, VA.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides the specifications and requirements for prospective applicants to complete a proposal with cost estimates for services. The deadline for submittal in response to this solicitation is May 30, 2013.

The Greater Lynchburg Transit Company (GLTC) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. GLTC has received federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation, and as a condition of receiving this assistance, GLTC has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26.
